After this window, your order will be in processing and may no longer be eligible for changes or cancellation.

If cancelled within the 24-hour timeframe, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Damaged Items

We carefully package each order, but if your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery.

We will review your case and, if approved, send a replacement free of charge.

Please note:

  • Minor cosmetic damage to packaging (e.g. dented box) is not considered product damage

  • We do not replace or refund items damaged through normal wear and tear or misuse


Shipping & Delivery
